• Delamination or material faults present from manufacture.

• Normal wear, abrasion and fading over time.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, airline or courier handling.
• Modifications and third-party repairs.

Send your order reference and clear photos of the issue through support. We assess whether the fault is a manufacturing defect and then repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

Out-of-warranty repairs are offered at cost where parts allow. Keeping gear in service beats replacing it.
