Processing and dispatch
Orders are packed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days. You receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
Delivery windows shown at checkout are courier estimates in business days and exclude weekends and Philippine holidays.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available in most serviced areas up to a set order value, with a small handling fee shown at checkout before you pay. Extended and island areas are prepaid only.
